Das Lernstudio liegt zwischen dem Bahnhof und der Innenstadt direkt am Schrannenplatz/Hirschgasse 1 (das Eckgebäude). Der Schrannenplatz liegt am Beginn der Fußgängerzone, direkt am Stadtbach, wo sich auch das Wahrzeichen Memmingens befindet – der Fischerbrunnen.
