Children can learn a new language from pre-school age, i.e. from around 3 years old. Our language courses for preschool children are designed in such a way that the little ones are introduced to the foreign language with lots of fun and without pressure.
Our language courses for children aged 3 to 6 are based on a playful and interactive approach. The children learn the new language intuitively through songs, stories, movement games and creative exercises. Our aim is to tap into the children’s natural curiosity and teach them their first language skills in a fun way.
No, on the contrary! Multilingualism promotes cognitive development and even strengthens the mother tongue. Children who start learning a second language at an early age often show better language skills and a pronounced feeling for language in both languages.
Every child learns at their own pace. Thanks to our playful and motivating learning methods, many children show initial success after just a few weeks – be it through individual words, simple sentences or singing along to songs in the new language.
Parents play an important role in language acquisition. You can help your child by listening to nursery rhymes in the foreign language together, reading bilingual books or integrating small everyday expressions. The most important thing is that learning remains playful and does not create any pressure.
You will receive regular feedback from us on your child’s learning progress. Our teachers are available for questions and consultations. In addition, by actively integrating the language at home, you can observe which new words or phrases your child is already using.
Our language courses for pre-school children take place either in one-to-one lessons or in a small learning group of two. This allows each teacher to respond to the children individually and create a familiar, informal atmosphere. This personal attention promotes the children’s self-confidence and helps them to speak actively.
A lesson with us lasts 45 minutes. The language courses for kids are taught in double lessons (90 minutes each) – a duration that corresponds to the concentration level of pre-school children. The courses usually take place once a week, but more intensive learning rhythms can also be arranged on request.
The target language is predominantly used in the lessons so that the children pick it up naturally. Where necessary, short explanations or translations are given in the mother tongue – always child-friendly and easy to understand. This keeps the lessons lively and comprehensible.
Age-appropriate materials such as picture cards, songs, rhymes, movement games, puppets and simple craft exercises are used. In some courses, digital learning games or listening exercises supplement the offer. The aim is always to make language accessible to all the senses.
Yes, every child is picked up where they are linguistically. Our teachers keep a close eye on how the children develop and adapt the pace and content flexibly. In this way, every child experiences learning success – regardless of their individual starting level.
Younger children in particular sometimes need a little time to feel comfortable in their new environment. Our teachers create a positive, appreciative learning atmosphere in which no child is under pressure. Through playful activities and lots of praise, even shy children quickly get involved and start talking.
Yes, our language courses are open to all children – including those with language or motor skills difficulties. Our experienced teachers ensure an appropriate learning pace and support each child individually. If necessary, we are happy to coordinate with parents or educational professionals.
Our language courses are specially tailored to the learning and concentration phases of pre-school children. Variety between movement, music and short language phases ensures that learning remains easy. The focus is always on fun – pressure to perform and assessment play no role.
Your child can of course take part in the language course without any previous knowledge. Our language courses for pre-school children are structured in such a way that the children grow into the new language in a playful and natural way. Repetition, songs, stories and movement games make it easy to get started – without any previous experience or pressure. Children with initial language skills are also given individual support so that each child can continue learning at their own level.
