I wanted to learn German – not for an exam, but for myself. For my everyday life, my work, my colleagues. I wanted to reach level B2 and feel more confident in the language – because I want to live in this country and understand what’s going on around me.
My goal: B2 – for work and life
Learning German is important to me because I often realize at work that I’m still missing a lot. I want to understand what is being said – and also speak better myself. I don’t always have to ask, I don’t always have to guess. I just want to know and understand what is meant.
This is how I found the right course
I used Google Maps to search for a language course – and discovered Lernstudio Barbarossa. After just a short time, I was sure that I had made the right decision. The lessons are well structured and easy to understand, and my teacher, Ms. B., explains things very patiently. I feel that I am taken seriously and well supported.
Small advances that mean a lot
I now understand my work colleagues a little better and can read and understand some signs on the road. That may sound like a small thing, but it’s an important step for me. I feel safer and more independent.
I’ll stay tuned
