Frequently asked questions
Recognized further training is a vocational qualification measure that is certified in accordance with AZAV and is therefore eligible for funding. This means that the course meets certified quality standards and can be financed via education vouchers, the Qualification Opportunities Act or other funding programs. In this way, you secure an official, certified qualification with real added value for your career.
The right further training depends on your professional goal: do you want to reorient yourself, move up or update your knowledge? We will advise you individually on which courses suit your previous education, professional experience and life situation – from commercial qualifications to IT and language courses to management training.
Our AZAV-certified courses can be funded through various programs. These include the education voucher from the employment agency or job center, the Qualification Opportunities Act, grants from the German Pension Insurance or funding for people returning to work. We will support you with the application process and show you which funding is available to you.
With recognized further training, you can expand your specialist knowledge, improve your chances of promotion and increase your chances on the job market. Employers value applicants with demonstrable further training because they show initiative and a willingness to learn. Many participants use further training specifically to reposition themselves professionally or to find a secure job.
